This policy covers the Black Hole website and its Connect form. It does not describe the data practices of separate products or services.
Information you share
If you submit an enquiry through an enabled contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
How information is used
We use enquiries to understand your request and respond. Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.
Forms and service providers
On blackholeonline.in, Vercel hosts the website and runs the contact endpoint. The endpoint sends the name, reply email, subject and message to Resend for email delivery to the authorised Black Hole inbox. Resend and the receiving email provider may process and retain message data according to their service policies. Your email is used as the reply-to address, not as the sender identity. The public website does not place delivery credentials in the browser.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries can remain in the receiving mailbox and in service-provider records until they are reviewed or deleted under our operating procedures and applicable provider rules. We do not publish a fixed retention duration that we cannot verify. You can use the Connect page to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry; we will handle requests according to applicable law and technical or legal limits.
The website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. When the operator explicitly enables anonymous first-party site metrics, we may measure performance categories (loading, layout stability and interaction latency) and visits from pages to the Connect form. Metrics contain a page path and broad performance category, not names, message content, cookies or visitor IDs; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected. Metrics are off unless explicitly configured. Platform infrastructure may independently process standard request metadata under its policies.
